Prices vary depending on the number of people on the season and length of stay and range from 50 to 150 Euro per night

The price includes the exclusive use of the entire apartment, sheets, blankets, towels and utilities (gas, electricity, water).

Final cleaning cost is 40 Euro.

The tourist tax of the City of Rome (3,50Euro per person per night) is not included and must be paid separately.
Children up to 10 years old are exempt.

Transfer to and from airports:
Car with driver (max 4 persons) 40 Euros
Minivan with driver (more than 4 persons) 50 Euros
